I was browsing the free ebooks for today on Amazon.com, and I came across one that I think would be particularly useful for us Weight Loss Surgery folks. I don't know about you, but I know I sometimes struggled with Binge and Emotional eating before surgery. By having weight loss surgery, I didn't have brain surgery, I created a tool surgically, reducing the amount I could eat, and thus this procedure did not change the way I think about or relate to food mentally. This is something I think a lot, if not all, weight loss surgery patients struggle with, and I don't think we ever truly "get past it" 100%.
